Beginning with an introduction to the Windows operating system, the course's modules include working with motherboards and power supplies, memory configuration, installing disk and CD-ROM drives, and configuring peripherals. Students also learn networking, software diagnostice, and computer viruses. The material presented prepares the graduate for the A+ certification.
